3 Month Glute Progress

I’ve struggled with small-booty-syndrome for the longest. This is the most consistent i’ve ever been. I wanted to make sure I come back home from this deployment a new me and show that I put work in!!

It can be a struggle for me getting my proper daily protein intake while not being able to cook my own food so I try my best and take advantage of Steak Saturdays lol.

I also take Creatine but PLEASE drink a lot of water while taking this supplement! If not it can harm your liver.

Protein + creatine = GAINS🙏🏼

I’ll check back in at the 6 month mark!💓

(which I will be back in the US by then so hopefully way more growth👀)

My own 3-month glute transformation happened under challenging circumstances – while deployed in the desert. It wasn't about having a fancy gym or endless resources; it was about dedication and smart strategies. If you’re looking to grow your glutes, my journey might offer some practical insights, no matter your starting point or environment. One of the biggest game-changers for me was focusing on targeted exercises. Forget endless squats if they aren't working for you! I incorporated movements specifically designed to hit different parts of the glutes. Cable kickbacks became a staple for building that 'shelf' in the upper glutes. I'd focus on slow, controlled movements, really squeezing at the top. For overall glute development and strength, KAS Glute Bridges (a shorter range of motion hip thrust) were fantastic, especially when access to heavy barbells was limited. And don't underestimate Bulgarian Split Squats – they are tough but incredible for isolating each glute and building symmetry. Aim for 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps, really feeling the muscle work. It’s not just about lifting heavy; it’s about lifting smart with proper form. You hear it all the time, but protein truly is paramount for muscle growth. While deployed, getting enough quality protein was a daily challenge, but I made it a priority. I aimed for at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. This meant taking full advantage of 'Steak Saturdays' and seeking out lean meats whenever available. Beyond protein, don't forget the importance of carbohydrates for energy during workouts and healthy fats for hormone production. Think of your food as fuel for those growing glutes! Creatine also played a significant role in my progress. It helps with strength, power, and muscle volume, allowing you to push harder during your workouts. However, a crucial tip I learned is to prioritize hydration. When taking creatine, your body needs more water. I made sure to drink plenty throughout the day, not just during workouts. Neglecting water intake can put unnecessary strain on your liver, so please, sip frequently! Perhaps the most vital ingredient was consistency. There were days I felt exhausted, unmotivated, or just plain homesick. But reminding myself of my goal – to come back a 'new me' – kept me going. Tracking my progress, even small changes like increased reps or slightly more 'shape/round-ish' appearance, fueled my motivation. It’s a marathon, not a sprint, and every single workout, every meal, every choice adds up. Don't let a 'small-booty-syndrome' define you; let your commitment to consistency transform you. My journey from 'no shelf whatsoever' to a 'little baby shelf' in three months was a testament to that unwavering dedication.
