Some Of My Photos🌷
I love taking pictures and capturing moments I never want to forget.
The second to last picture is a cool one. I was camping with a friend of mine. Her mom’s boyfriend is a photographer as well and brought out this huge light right by the lake to take pictures of the stars. He got a picture of the milky way!!
The last picture was a Robin bird that fell out the nest and we took him in and helped him heal his wing 💓we named him Special Agent Mulder from The X Files lol. We tried to let him go but he didn’t want to leave our side.
I have a Blue Healer in the second photo. Her name is Kara Zor-El, after Supergirl🥰 (we are a Marvel Family)
Our cows are the real stars of the show. My sweet girls I captured are named Pauline, Rosalie, and Paige (she gives kisses if you feed her tall grass lol)

You know, there's just something magical about photography, isn't there? Like the original post shared, it's all about "capturing moments I never want to forget." For me, photography isn't just about snapping pictures; it's about telling a story, preserving a feeling, and truly capturing the journey of my life as it unfolds. It's the ultimate way to look back and remember all the things that "make me happy." If you're eager to start "capturing your journey" through photography, here are a few things I've learned that might help you on your way. First, don't overthink it! The best "photos I've taken" often happen when I'm just living in the moment. Whether it's a breathtaking starry night, a playful pet, or a quiet moment in nature, simply being present is key. Put your phone down for a second, really experience what's happening, and then decide how you want to frame it. That genuine connection to the moment will shine through in your images. Think about the stories you want to tell. Every one of those "photos I've taken" has a backstory, just like the amazing Milky Way shot or the heartwarming tale of the rescued robin described in the post. What makes your moments unique? Is it the way the light hits something, a funny expression, a peaceful scene, or perhaps the interaction between loved ones or animals? Try to capture that essence, that tiny detail that speaks volumes. Sometimes, it's not about the grand, sweeping vista but the small, intimate gesture. Don't be afraid to photograph a variety of subjects. Your journey includes everything – from grand landscapes to tiny details, from bustling cityscapes to quiet domestic scenes. My camera roll is filled with everything from majestic cows and the quirky personality of a Blue Heeler to delicious meals and beautiful sunsets. It's all part of the beautiful tapestry of life. Don't limit yourself; if it catches your eye and sparks joy, photograph it! These diverse images will paint a richer, more complete picture of your journey over time. Another tip is to pay attention to light. Good lighting can transform an ordinary scene into something extraordinary. Just imagine trying to capture the Milky Way without the right light setup, like the one mentioned! Even natural light at different times of the day can create completely different moods. Golden hour (shortly after sunrise or before sunset) casts a warm, soft glow that makes everything look magical. Overcast days offer soft, even light perfect for portraits. Experiment and see how light changes your perspective and the feeling of your "photos I've taken." Finally, remember that your photo journey is uniquely *yours*. Don't worry about always getting a 'perfect' shot. Sometimes the slightly blurry, perfectly candid picture is the one that truly captures the emotion and memory. It's not about professional perfection, but about personal resonance. The aim is to create a visual diary of "photos I've taken" that resonate with you and "make me happy" when you look back. So grab your camera or even just your phone, and start immortalizing those moments. You'll be amazed at the stories your pictures will tell, and how much joy they bring as you reflect on your incredible journey!
