Feeling like you are sluggish, fatigue, tired all of the time?

Maybe it’s time for a positive energy self check in with yourself.

Sometimes (especially around my menstrual cycle) I have not-so-positive weeks. I have to remind myself that my attitude will reflect my life & if I have negative thoughts, it will impact my life. If I am feeling tired & fatigue all of the time, I probably need to check in on my mental space & overall wellbeing.

So having check-ins with your self is beneficial

not just for your mood, but the overall health. It’s important to take the time to check in with yourself.

Utilize these questions & ask yourself how you’re feeling. If you need some time to yourself to get back to your center, try some of the practices to help you get back to full energy 💫
