Mobile working permit service units will be opened in March for foreign workers, including Myanmar, across Thailand.
The Department of Employment under the Ministry of Labour has announced a timetable for the rotation of mobile working permit service units for foreign workers in various parts of the country during March 2026
These mobile units will reportedly provide locally rotation of working licensing (Work Permit) services for foreign workers and include types of businesses that allow foreigners to operate, renewal and other procedural counselling.
The district areas where the mobile unit will be opened are as follows:

ในฐานะที่เคยเป็นแรงงานต่างชาติที่ต้องดำเนินการขอใบอนุญาตทำงานในประเทศไทย ดิฉันเข้าใจดีว่าการติดต่อขอใบอนุญาตนั้นอาจจะยุ่งยากและเสียเวลา เนื่องจากต้องเดินทางไปยังหน่วยงานที่จัดตั้งอยู่ในเมืองใหญ่ซึ่งไม่สะดวกสำหรับคนที่อยู่ในพื้นที่ห่างไกล การมีหน่วยบริการเคลื่อนที่ (Mobile Work-Permit Units) มาให้บริการตามจังหวัดต่างๆ ทั่วประเทศนับว่าเป็นข่าวดีอย่างยิ่งสำหรับแรงงานต่างชาติอย่างพวกเรา หน่วยเหล่านี้จะเดินทางไปยังจังหวัดต่างๆ ตามตารางที่กำหนดไว้ในเดือนมีนาคม 2566 ซึ่งครอบคลุมทั้งภาคกลาง ภาคเหนือ และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ บริการดังกล่าวไม่ได้จำกัดแค่การออกใบอนุญาตทำงานเท่านั้น แต่ยังมีการให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับประเภทของงานที่ได้รับอนุญาต ระยะเวลาการต่ออายุใบอนุญาต รวมถึงขั้นตอนและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งช่วยให้แรงงานต่างชาติมีความรู้และปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายได้อย่างถูกต้องและปลอดภัย สำหรับใครที่กำลังวางแผนจะต่อใบอนุญาตหรือยังไม่ได้มีใบอนุญาตนี้ การเข้าใช้บริการผ่านหน่วยงานเคลื่อนที่จะช่วยลดความยุ่งยากและประหยัดเวลาได้มาก นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นโอกาสดีที่จะได้รับข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องจากเจ้าหน้าที่โดยตรง ช่วยลดข้อผิดพลาดและความสับสนเกี่ยวกับเอกสารและขั้นตอนต่างๆ สุดท้าย การจัดตั้งหน่วยบริการเคลื่อนที่นี้ยังสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความตั้งใจของรัฐบาลไทยในการดูแลแรงงานต่างชาติอย่างใกล้ชิดและเป็นธรรม ซึ่งส่งผลดีต่อแรงงานต่างชาติและตลาดแรงงานในภาพรวมอย่างยั่งยืน
