Officials at the base of the online fraud (O'Smach) gangs in the Cambodia region bordering the Thailand-Cambodia border with Surin District, Chong Chom, found the situation alarming when visiting with reporters.

Inside this camp, there is a large private hospital named "Zhong NAN Hospital." The hospital has a complete surgical room, X-ray room and medicine, and Chinese doctors often treat only Chinese people.
