People need to understand that you won’t illuminate your sugar/ unhealthy cravings unless you help yourself by detoxing your body. When you detox your body it kills off the bad bacteria that has built up in your system from all the junk food, which not only slowed down your metabolism, but caused you to crave unhealthy things non-stop, bloating, mood swings, fat storage and tiredness which leads to being lazy and unproductive. Not eating those foods will only make you crave it more and in return will lead to overeating, because you aren’t helping your body clear it out, best detox tea recipe is 1/3 lemon, 1/4 ginger powdered or root, 1 tbsp honey, 1 teaspoon honey, a pinch of turmeric and cayenne pepper. On a cup or glass of warm water first thing in the morning and before bed, after a few days u will see wonderful results. It doesn’t taste the best but it’s not terrible but it works wonders in cleaning out those built up parasites in you..

Drinking coffee and matcha has so many benefits other than metabolism boosting and tasting good. Coffee is not bad for you at all if you drink a cup of it every other day, but be careful in how much creamer/sugar you add which lowers the health benefits of it. It helps with digestion, mood, energy and lowering the blood sugar which helps you stay full satisfied and less likely to crave anything unhealthy. Also boosts your skin health and reduces the acne. Fruit water as well will aid in so many things like digestion, fullness glowy skin. So make sure you add a bit of something with your meals.

Protein is so important. People don’t realize how much protein can do for you. You were taught that protein helps to build muscle, but that is not all. It helps to keep you full for hours and give you the warm satisfaction, so you won’t think about food for hours. It also helps in hair growth, fat loss, lean toned look, balanced hormones which lead to better skin, less bloating and long term results. Be careful to not jump from eating 40 grams of protein to 100-120 grams of protein in one day that may cause bloating, uneasy feeling. Start off by adding 10 grams per 3 days. Some good examples of protein is yogurt make yourself a yogurt bowl with fruit, chocolate chips, sprinkle some granola or candy pieces, to make it taste good but also leave you satisfied. Also oatmeal bowl, protein shake or smoothies, you can make delicious homemade protein cookies, ICECREAM, treats that are so much healthier and lower in calories but taste almost the same.
