How to Get Rid of Bloating
Hi!! Here’s some advice on how I’m getting rid of my bloating. Some of these ideas you might find crazy (lol), but I’m telling you 100% they were the reasons and I felt detoxed once I eliminated them.
1. Eating in-between meals as if it’s a meal
• Back in the day, ppl never used to “snack”—especially if they were bored. All you really need are meals. In between meals, you might be hungry—it can be ur body sending a dehydration signal!
2. Dehydration
• Buy a cute water bottle! We need more than 64 oz a day
• Lemon water in the mornings >>
• Fruit Infused water
3. Too many carbs without regulation
• Balance the diet. Too many carbs without enough of the rest of these items, will throw off ur balance.
1 Fiber
1 Protein
1 Carb/Fat
1 Green
4. Not enough fiber, probiotics, or prebiotics
• Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts, Fiber Pills, Priobiotic Pills, etc.
• Eat HEALTHY.
5. Fasting & Prayer to break off any bad memories stored in your gut
• EX: fornication, unforgiveness, or trauma memories are stored in your gut
6. Negative thinking
• EX: I was being tormented with neg thoughts abt me or life, I casted out the demon/thoughts that were doing that to me and I felt my gut release tension and I had to go 💩 immediately
• also affects your posture!!
I’m still working on improving my gut health, but these have made a good impact on me so far 😊

Hey everyone! Following up on my initial tips, I wanted to dive deeper into some common bloating struggles and share more of my personal journey. I know how frustrating it can be when you're trying to eat right, stay hydrated, and still feel like a balloon. It turns out, even good habits can sometimes lead to issues if not managed correctly. One thing I learned the hard way is that while fiber is a wonder for gut health, 'too much fiber bloating' is a real thing! I used to load up on fiber-rich foods, thinking more was always better. But my gut often felt worse. I realized it's about gradual introduction and finding your balance. If you're increasing fiber, do it slowly and make sure you're drinking plenty of water – that's key! Without enough fluid, fiber can actually backfire and worsen constipation and bloating. So, think of it as a delicate dance: high fiber needs high hydration to work its magic. And speaking of balance, let's talk about those times when you've indulged a little too much – like after a big meal or a holiday feast. We all know that 'thanksgiving bloat' feeling! For me, simple movement helps immensely. A gentle walk after eating can really encourage digestion. I also find specific herbal teas, like peppermint or ginger, incredibly soothing. They're my go-to for a quick 'debloat after eating' strategy. Avoid lying down immediately after a large meal; staying upright for a bit gives your digestive system a better chance to process things. What about those specific food triggers? While my main post mentioned a 'balanced diet,' it’s worth noting that some foods, even healthy ones, can cause gas and bloating for certain individuals. For instance, some people find legumes or cruciferous vegetables (like broccoli or cauliflower) a bit challenging. Instead of cutting them out entirely, try cooking them thoroughly, or consuming them in smaller portions initially. And regarding those queries about '2 tablespoons peanut butter spoon' – healthy fats are important, but portion control is always crucial. Too much of anything, even healthy fats, can slow down digestion for some people, leading to that heavy, bloated feeling. Finally, let's revisit the idea of 'negativity' and stress. While my earlier point touched on a deeper spiritual level, it’s scientifically proven that stress significantly impacts our gut. Our gut and brain are intimately connected, and anxiety can literally tie our stomachs in knots. I've found that incorporating simple stress-reduction techniques, like deep breathing exercises or a few minutes of meditation, can make a noticeable difference in my digestion. It's not just about what you eat, but also how you feel emotionally. Paying attention to these holistic aspects truly completes the picture for a happy, bloat-free gut. Keep experimenting, listen to your body, and you'll find what works best for you!
