-even if it’s only 30 minutes a day it still gets you up and moving and makes you feel better physically and mentally 🫶
-if you struggle with motivation put on a podcast or upbeat music
💌02. MAKE YOUR BED EVERYDAY
-if you make your bed right away it gives you a reason to get up instead of laying in bed the whole morning
-getting in the habit of doing it every day gets you in a routine and makes you more productive!
💌03. REPLACE ENERGY DRINKS WITH TEA AND WATER!
-energy drinks and too much caffeine and additives can cause cancer, heart problems, and other major health issues if consumed in large quantities
-tea is by far the healthiest source of caffeine and has the most other benefits as well depending on what herbs are in it
💌04. STAY OFF YOUR PHONE IN THE MORNING
-there’s studies that officially show going on your phone before sleep and right when you wake up is soooo bad for you
-for me, when i don’t let myself go on my phone right away it makes me get out of bed quicker because there’s nothing to do in bed otherwise😭
💌05. HAVE GOOD POSTURE
-having bad posture will cause you pain as you age
-standing up straight and walking with a purpose will always make you look more confident (even if you’re not💗)
