Typically, gaining between 25-35lbs is considered healthy for an average pregnancy. However, this range can vary based on individual circumstances, so it's essential to consult healthcare providers for personalized advice. Incorporating regular fitness into your routine can significantly enhance your overall wellbeing during pregnancy. Engaging in moderate exercise 3-5 times a week can aid in weight management, boost your mood, and prepare your body for labor. Activities like walking, swimming, and prenatal yoga are beneficial options to consider. Additionally, postpartum recovery should not be overlooked. Many women focus on regaining their strength and fitness levels after giving birth. Setting realistic goals and having a support system can make a substantial difference during this phase. Overall, connecting with community resources, including forums tagged with #pregnancy and #pregnancymotivation, can provide valuable support and encouragement to help you thrive during this remarkable chapter of life.

Yeah I gained 28 lbs in the first 25 weeks. It’s all bullshit. As long as you’re active and eating clean it doesn’t matter what you do - your body is going to do what it’s going to do.

Men can’t make up their minds with women can they, they’ll get mad at women for not having kids then get mad at women for gaining weight during the pregnancy and not losing it right away … make it make sense
