🍔What I order/make: I always look at the menu online! I want something that packs protein, has fiber and actually tastes good!
😀Why I like it: As a nurse (or literally anyone that has a life) sometimes we just get busy and need to pick something up! Don’t think you have to sacrifice your goals when eating out!
Anything to add on: You don’t have to make protein and your physic goals the only thing you think about but for me it’s not just about that it’s always the fact that when I eat out and just get anything I knowwww my tummy will be hurting! These food options not only help me with my goals but they also don’t make me feel like crap!
