The truth behind PMDD
I was diagnosed in 2019 by a second opinion of a PCP, but haven’t been treated by my GYN but Psychiatrist. This along with PCOS are my nemesis. Taking mood stabilizing meds before my luteal phase has been helpful with the Flo App, there I track all my symptoms and get insight on when my symptoms will become unmanageable. If you are experiencing this along with other health challenges my heart & prayers go out to you 🙏🏽 Without the right support you can intensify your symptoms due to bad stress regulation which equals higher cortisol levels and more bloat.
Finding the right supplements can be challenging but try until you find your perfect regimen. I realized for ME, it starts internally. Losing people finding peace really been my theme this summer. Focusing on becoming the best version of myself. How I am managing my health challenges are:
