wanted to try the viral hotcakes at Beth for ourselves because we saw so many mixed reviews about it so here’s what we ordered: 𝐁𝐞𝐭𝐡’𝐬 𝐇𝐨𝐭𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 ($𝟏𝟕) sadly this looks better than it tastes 🙁 understand that it’s a 24h fermented dough mix for it to achieve that nice fluffy texture, but the ferme
