if you need car for a whole day to do things(like 8-10hrs or more) + also during day time, i suggest renting those car for 1 day from carousel or car companies. Market rate you can get $60-70 for 24 hrs with decent cars if you want to use car during midnight for supper/hangout with friends, i suggest Tribecar, 12am-6am, their car is only $2/hour, yes, only $2, some maybe $2.5 when i pass my Class 3 license many years back, it was also during my holiday, hence i used to rent this Toyota Aqua below my house, i rented it 4-5 days a week, 12am-6/7am. Didn’t had the capability to afford a car so that was the best way to enjoy driving. I used it to drive around SG alone to visit places or go hangout with friends
