Why I quit from a millennial.

Good Evening,
I have typed this message what feels like a thousand times and nothing seems to feel right so I’ll just be honest.
I am completely dissatisfied with the working conditions under my contract of employment.
Initially, when Nancy interviewed me she explained this job as an internal help desk role, not a customer facing role, so I accepted the employment offer.
On the 8th day of training, the trainer stated we will be listening to customer calls. That is the moment I realized the job I accepted is not the job I will be performing, but I stayed until my contract was set to end.
I was thoroughly surprised when my contract was extended but grateful nonetheless. I was eager and excited to start the clinical training and learn the new products but that quickly changed. I scored 1st out of everyone on the clinical test and got every question correct. The second test, I got 2nd out of everyone. I participated in the training classes daily and took excellent notes.
When it came time to go live for the calls after the new clinical training, I quickly found I was not prepared. I reached out to my lead at the time and the trainer and expressed that I feel lost on the calls and may need more time to cover that information, I was not given a response at all. Later a survey came out pertaining to the clinical training and I expressed I did not understand, no one reached out to me to offer help or guidance.
Honestly between the way Dave talked down to everyone in the Theo Team channel and the NSFW content being talked about, I felt uncomfortable at that time, but I stayed with it, I signed a contract.
The favoritism was also unbearable. There were times when I posted in the team channel for help and no one acknowledged the question. Not even 10 minutes later Michelle posted a question and the whole team would jump to assist the “attractive” coworker. This was very frustrating.
I was thrilled when I was taken off that team and moved to another shift and team but it didn’t help.
I’ve never taken medicine for anxiety in my life and since I’ve been working here, I’ve been through 4 different kinds but honestly, the strain of this job alone, is not worth my mental health.
The company has these “core values” that they expect us to live up to, but I don’t feel anyone is doing that on the management side of things.
I regretfully inform you that I will be terminating my employment contract with Riverside Insights due to these above listed conditions.
To summarize again; I am highly dissatisfied with the working conditions.

When employees feel undervalued or uncomfortable in their work environment, it increases the likelihood of turnover. To combat these issues, companies must prioritize creating a supportive and inclusive work atmosphere. Training programs should focus not only on skill development but also on fostering healthy communication and teamwork. Regular feedback loops between management and staff can address concerns before they escalate. Ultimately, organizations that acknowledge and address the well-being of their employees are likely to foster loyalty and enhance job satisfaction, particularly for younger workers who value these factors highly in today's job market.
