Gluten free recipe!

My homemade white cheddar & broccoli gf pasta is one of my fave dishes to cook (and eat 🤭)

To make the homemade cheese sauce you’ll need to start by making a rue so that you can have a delicious thick cheese sauce!

Rue is simply taking flour & a fat of choice!

Once you have your rue, add a cup of heavy whipping cream and mix til well combined with your rue :) once that’s all done add that yummy white cheddar !! I season my sauce with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, Himalayan salt, pepper & a tad bit of olive oil

for the broccoli I usually just steam it in the pressure cooker and then just add it to the sauce 🥦

Pasta is simple…just get whatever gluten free pasta your heart desires!

All my groceries are purchased at Trader Joe’s…(the best grocery store ever obvi)

Combine your noodles with your sauce and BAM…OH and make sure you save at least a half cup of your pasta water to add to your sauce…trust me. It’s liquid gold. ✨
