My Go To Healthy Breakfast Ideas 🍳

Breakfast is one of my favorite meals of the day and it helps to start your day with fuel and a full belly!

Here’s some of my go to healthy breakfast options:

Greek yogurt topped with banana, peanut butter, granola and honey. It’s light and delicious! You can quickly make it and it’s not that many ingredients.

Egg scramble with onions and spinach topped with roasted tomatoes, a side of avocado and a side of blueberries. The roasted tomatoes are a game changer and you’re getting a lot of good nutrients from all the veggies on your plate. Also very delicious and as we know avocado is just good for you all around.

Avocado toast - for my avocado toast I like to mash some onion and red pepper flakes into it and add an egg. It’s so gooood!

Two fried eggs, Turkey bacon, wheat toast, an apple and a small bowl of oatmeal. These are for the days that I’m feeling really hungry because oatmeal fills you up and apples go to for some reason. Sometimes I like to add my apple into my oatmeal actually.

What’s your go to breakfast?
