My Favorite Morning Drink Right Now
Having a morning routine has always been a priority for me because it helps me be more productive and boosts my mood during a busy workday. My mornings used to always include a sugary beverage, whether from a coffee shop or made at home; I needed it. I felt like I was consuming too much sugar, which was primarily from my morning coffee. So I decided to revise my routine and try out morning drinks that were lower in sugar. Every now and then, I’ll have an iced coffee, an iced chai, or an iced matcha, which I usually make myself with a natural sugar alternative. But lately, I’ve been loving my Alani’s.
After not finding a pack of canned Alani Nu’s at my local Sam’s Club, I searched for them on Amazon. Wanting to stay within my budget, I decided to go with the Alani Nu stick packs, which offer the same amount of caffeine as the canned Alani Nu’s. They are around $10 for 10 stick packs compared to roughly $24 for a 12-pack of canned Alani Nu’s.
I’ve also read reviews of the canned Alani Nu’s and some people say they’re too sweet. But the stick pack, when mixed with 16-30 oz of water, offers the perfect balance of sweetness for me. I’m not sure if the amount of water affects the caffeine levels or how it enters the body, but I personally like drinking the stick pack in at least 20-30 oz of water. The recommendation is 12-16 oz of water, but I’ve tried that and it’s too concentrated for me.
This is not sponsored btw, just sharing what I like to drink every morning. I’ve always been a strictly coffee girl, and never thought I’d break that habit. #morningdrink #alani nu #healthylifestyle2024 #morningdrinkroutine #summervibes
In recent years, many people have shifted to healthier morning beverages, moving away from sugary coffees that can spike energy and crash. Alani Nu, known for providing a good balance of flavor without excess sweetness, has become popular. These stick packs are not only convenient but also allow for varying sweetness levels depending on how much water you use. Hydration is key, especially in the morning. Drinking enough water with your energy drink can enhance your performance and mood throughout the day. Opting for lower-sugar options has been linked to better overall health, reducing the risk of weight gain and managing blood sugar levels. Many morning drink enthusiasts are now exploring alternatives such as matcha or herbal teas, which offer different benefits. Matcha can provide sustained energy due to its unique blend of caffeine and L-theanine, while herbal teas are often low in calories and full of antioxidants. When choosing your morning drink, consider what makes you feel vibrant and energized! Ultimately, finding the right balance that suits your taste and energy needs can lead to a more productive start to the day. Whether it's a stick pack, iced coffee, or a refreshing matcha, your morning drink should invigorate you and make the morning something to anticipate!
