if you are in or thinking about going to cosmetology school, here is what i think you should know!
cosmetology is not just an easy way out, and it is not for the weak. it is a science, and it is a career you can enjoy while also paying your bills!
your instructors will have good and bad things to say, yes they are trying to teach you, but sometimes they don't even know what they're talking about either. go with what your client wants, or what you know will give them the result you they are looking for, sometimes instructors mess up. but that does not mean don't listen to the things they ARE trying to teach you.
this is such a creative, lucrative, and fun career opportunity. with that said, it also isn't for everyone. some of my work is included and i've only been in school going on 8 months. i've had a passion for this since i was little. i want to make everyone feel pretty and feel good about themselves, while also allowing myself to be creative and challenge myself.
