Exercises to tone your stomach- AT HOME!

At home workouts have been highly requested, so I will be starting an at home workout series! If you do not want to go all the way to the gym, or you’re new to working out and want to do it in the comfortability of your own home, this is the series for you!

This first workout in the series is an ab workout. This circuit targets the obliques, upper abdominals and lower abdominals. You can do this workout anywhere, I did it in my living room!

1. Russian twists

2. V holds

3. Planks

I like to do each movement for 1 minute, rotate between movements and then repeat the circuit 5 times! All together the workout should take 15-20 minutes, depending on how much time you are resting between sets. This workout places emphasis on time under tension movements- so you are always focusing on keeping your core engaged- that is when you will see the best results!
