Getting hyper fixated on hobbies is such an interesting thing because one minute you’re obsessed with the thing and you’re doing it every day (multiple times a day) and then a couple weeks down the line you’re not thinking about the thing anymore.
Back in 2022 I started teaching myself to rollerskate. I went from not being able to stand in skates to being able to skate somewhat comfortably. I started documenting my progress on TikTok and I even made a new Instagram page to document everything, but it became a lot to both practice skating and document.
I stopped practicing bc life got really busy but now that I’ve graduated college and I have a lot more free time on my hands. I’ve been getting back into the hobbies I once loved which includes skating. I’m really excited about that. I’m not gonna put too much pressure on myself to record every little thing like I once was, but I will include updates here and there.
