🏋🏼‍♀️ my number one tip is to seriously stay consistent in the gym and LIFT.I used to just get on the treadmill and burn at least 200 cal A DAY whether it was running or walking and that alone made the biggest difference in my body and I saw results FAST.go at your pace!

💋 my second biggest tip has to be OXYSHRED I have been consistently using this for almost 6 months and it has changed the game. You can either take it in the morning on an empty stomach, And wait 20 minutes to eat or you can use it as a pre. I personally like to take it in the morning because it depresses my appetite until lunch.

🥪 I have personally found that diets do not work for me.im human.i like to eat yummy sometimes bad for you food. about once a month I go on a calorie deficit for about a week or two and that kind of resets me for the month. after that, I pretty much eat what I want (making it as clean as possible), but in moderation & with fasting. I try to go out to eat only once a week and eat clean for the rest.

👟 my last tip would definitely have to be intermediate fasting. I have noticed the more I’m consistent with this the more I notice a difference in my weight and my cravings for food. I wake up in the morning have some source of caffeine some days it’s oxyshred other days it’s coffee. And then I only drink water until 12:00 then I have my lunch.

🩷 honestly find what works for you and stay CONSISTENT with it. I’ve learned to just experiment and find what works best for me and stick with it.🩷
