The Greenhouse on a Rainy Day 🌱💦
There’s something so beautiful about watering the plants in the greenhouse on a rainy day.
I had to take some close ups of the lettuces to show how big their getting. We finally have some tomato and pepper seedlings. I think they’re finally started sprouting because the temperature outside has finally gotten above 70 degrees. (Peppers and tomatoes need a soil temp above 60 I believe to finally sprout.)
I’m so excited we’re planning on transplanting the seedings April 8th. I’ll have the same class as last time so it should be fun! I am a little sad cause I’m not ready to say good bye to seedlings (after the seedlings get transplanted we’ll be delivering to our community partner).
One thing I learned while in my gardening journey is learning how to say good bye.
