... Read moreSkincare can be overwhelming, but understanding key ingredients elevates your routine. Start with Retinal (Retinaldehyde), known for its anti-aging benefits, which is gentler than Tretinoin. Glycerin acts as a super humectant, trapping moisture effectively. Salicylic Acid is essential for oily, acne-prone skin as it exfoliates and clears pores. Niacinamide is versatile, boosting hydration while calming redness, and Copper Peptides are antioxidants that target fine lines and wrinkles. Lastly, Vitamin C, essential for its brightening effects, combats sagging and enhances sun protection. Incorporating these ingredients into your routine can significantly improve skin health and appearance. Be mindful of how you layer your products; for instance, avoid combining Copper Peptides with exfoliants for the best results. Understanding the right application frequency, like starting Retinal 3 times a week or Vitamin C daily, ensures your skin reaps maximum benefits. Always patch test new products to monitor for irritation, and consult a dermatologist if unsure about ingredient compatibility for your skin type.
