Let's talk about the star of the show for many: the Honey Infused Hair Oil. I honestly can't rave enough about this product. The OCR notes it's "AMAZING! leaves my hair so soft and not frizzy," and I wholeheartedly agree. I've found it incredibly versatile. For an instant boost of shine and to tame flyaways, I'll apply a few drops to my damp or dry hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. It doesn't weigh my fine hair down, which is a huge plus, and the scent is simply divine – a delicate, sweet honey aroma that lasts. For a deeper treatment, I sometimes use it as an overnight mask, working a more generous amount through my hair before bed. I wake up to incredibly "smooth and silky" strands, which truly makes a difference. And yes, the "bottle aesthetic" is indeed beautiful on my vanity! Moving on to the Shampoo and Conditioner, my hair has genuinely "never been better" since I started using this duo. The shampoo lathers beautifully without stripping my scalp, and the conditioner really melts into the hair, making it feel instantly nourished. What I love most is how consistently clean, soft, and shiny my hair looks after each wash. I've also tried a "mini gisou shampoo and conditioner" set for travel, and it’s a fantastic way to test them out before committing to the full sizes. The Hair Mask is another gem. While the OCR suggests the "hair oil is much better!" and I agree it's my top pick, the serum still holds its own. It’s good for targeted repair on split ends, but for overall frizz control and intense softness, the oil remains supreme for me. The Scalp Treatment was an interesting one. While the OCR rated it "7/10" and said it wasn't a "favorite product from gisou," I still appreciated its "super hydrating" qualities. In my experience, a healthy scalp is the foundation of healthy hair, and this treatment did provide a soothing sensation and helped with dryness, though perhaps not as dramatically as other Gisou products. Finally, for the Lip Oil and Shimmer Lip Oil, the OCR was spot on with "it's hydrating in the beginning! but kind of wears off fast" and "doesn't last long." They give a beautiful, plump look and the honey scent is lovely, but I do find myself reapplying them more frequently than other lip oils. As for the "gisou body" range, while I haven't personally tried the Body Oil or Shimmer Body Oil yet, based on the hair products, I imagine they would offer the same luxurious honey-infused experience, leaving the skin feeling deeply moisturized and subtly fragrant. The idea of a "shimmer body oil" is particularly appealing for a radiant finish. Overall, my journey with Gisou has been filled with luxurious scents and noticeable improvements in my hair's health. While some products stand out more than others, the honey-infused line truly delivers on its promise of beautiful, nourished hair and a touch of sweetness to your self-care routine.
