3/4 cup Buttermilk 1 egg 6 tsp vanilla Mix together then let sit Then put the following in a bowl: 3 cups flour 2/3 cup sugar 5 tsp baking powder Cut 2 sticks of butter into the dry ingredients then add 1 cup of cinnamon chips or chocolate chips then add in milk mixture until combined
