Update: I’ve been trying to do better with my vitamin intake. Which I have been doing better at. I have a daily reminder on my phone to take them, some days I do miss, but for 80% of the time, I’m doing pretty well. BUT yesterday, I’ve added more vitamins into my regimen. What are your everyday
