250 DAYS OF JOURNALING AND HERE IS WHAT I LEARNED📝

If you’ve read my posts before, you know I’m an advocate for journaling. I do it daily and it has been the best habit I could ever start. Anyway, here’s the things I learned:

1. Less Overthinking: it doesn’t get rid of it but helps minimize it A LOT

2. Sorting your thoughts : you know those moments when you know you have to do something but don’t know where to start so you just spiral and end up doing nothing? Journal it out!! Then it’ll be easier to plan.

3. Gratitude: is the most common type of journaling. Writing out what you’re grateful for everyday even the simple things. It will give you more of a positive outlook on your day.

4. A good night sleep: idk about you but I used to have night where my body is shutting down but my mind is not getting the memo. Before you go to sleep just writing whatever is on your mind no matter how weird or dark (hide your journal if needed) will help your mind from running rampant.

There are many more I’ll do a part 2 soon

Hope this helps ❤️
