low cost ✨ self date ideas for single shy girls
I used to have a partner back over the summer ,but we broke up due to poor circumstances. And it led me lose myself and have a hard time being on my own. I recently found a new person and have been exploring and that new person is me. Loving myself and growing has become a challenge ,i’m willing to do anything to get to a place of self love.
Here are some things i’ve been doing to get to know myself these past few weeks. And i’ve spent under $30 doing them as well!
☀️ Remember enjoyment doesn’t have to cost anything. Retail therapy is fun, but I struggle with budgeting and depressive hauls. So trying to find cheap alternatives is always a great way for me to learn.
♥️ notes & my story:
how i’m conquering my low-self esteem and bpd
- my story: I discovered I had a mood disorder and personality disorder about a year ago. For years I was misdiagnosed as anxiety being my sole mental state, yet I knew it was more. Eventually with time and much fighting I was diagnosed. Bpd, is a personality disorder. It is hard to treat, and it affects relationships and friendships and self-esteem. People with bpd often struggle with self-worth and base it on how people treat them. I struggle with this immensely and wanted to get out of this mindset.
- how it might feel day to day? : you might feel like things aren’t getting better ,but you aren’t alone.
