I also find that setting aside specific "worry time" during the day limits these thoughts from overwhelming me continuously. Additionally, engaging in activities that fully absorb my attention—like exercise, creative hobbies, or socializing—helps divert my mind from repetitive negative thinking. Over time, these habits foster a more balanced mindset where worries no longer dominate my daily experience. If you struggle with overthinking, try starting small by reminding yourself that worrying does not solve problems but diminishes your current calm. Pair this mindset with practical steps like mindfulness and scheduled reflection, and you'll likely notice a meaningful improvement in your mental tranquility and overall happiness.
