Last year I looked into a good way to detox my body & found this specific recipe. I drink 8oz in the morning or 8oz at night. I mix 2 tablespoons of vinegar, i add honey ( to your liking ) and half a lemon 🍋 and half a water bottle. It helps me feel full, not get too many cravings.
