Lastly, optimizing your sleep environment ensures more restful nights, which directly impacts how refreshed you feel in the morning. Limiting noise and light, reducing caffeine intake before bedtime, and sticking to a regular sleep schedule are all beneficial practices. By adopting these morning habits, you can transform your wake-up experience from sluggish to revitalizing and improve overall well-being.
