Miami Marathon

I ran the Miami Marathon yesterday! After 18 weeks of training I got to the start line of my 7th marathon. It was the best I have felt during a marathon. I didn't get in my head and I took it mile by mile. I even got a personal record!

Now time to rest and then start training for the next one!

For anyone considering the Miami Marathon, I'd recommend starting early with a structured plan, listening to your body, and embracing the journey rather than just the finish line. This race fosters a vibrant running community and offers an experience that goes beyond just running—it’s about setting goals, overcoming challenges, and celebrating progress.
