Feeling UGLY? No problem !!‼️😜 GLOW UP WITH ME🔥

Things I did to personally improve my appearance:

• I got extensions and use them to frame the front of my face where I lost hair.

• I got my nose pierced; since it takes up majority of my face😝

• I took months off make up to focus on skin care (highly paid off)

• I changed my diet, and take probiotics regularly.

• I went back to a natural haircolor.

• started dry brushing 2x a week

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Things I did to brighten my aura:

• stopped worrying about the judgment of others. Vice versa; I stopped judging others.

• treating myself with kindness as I would, if I was a child again.

• Ive forgiven myself for my guilt and shame.

• I went “no contact” with those who actively cause harm; I’ve forgiven those who acknowledged the hurt caused.

• I switched to pads from tampons. (this is personal, and spiritual; it’s a feminine release period thing)

• spend more time with animals. They help teach us “gentleness”

✔️ insecurity hack: It may help you improve you photogenic skills, and see yourself and your flaws clearer. (Hopefully, is a better light too.)

At times, this can be so difficult but keep at it. Sometimes we can find ways, to lift our spirits up and see that those parts of ourselves aren’t that bad and perhaps, kinds cute. 🔥🔥

... Read moreHey everyone! So glad you're here to dive deeper into this glow-up journey with me. My original post touched on some key areas, but I wanted to really break down how you can implement these changes and create your own amazing transformation. Leveling Up Your Appearance: Beyond the Basics When I said I focused on skincare, I really meant it was a complete overhaul! It wasn't just about trying new products, but understanding my skin *type*. For me, that meant gentle cleansing, using a Vitamin C serum daily, and never, ever skipping SPF – even indoors. Remember that advice from one of my image captions: 'Heal your skin; DO NOT MASK IT.' It's so true! Instead of covering up issues with makeup, I learned to identify what my skin needed. A good dermatologist or aesthetician can be a game-changer here, helping you understand your unique needs. Diet-wise, 'changing my diet' started with small, sustainable swaps. One of the biggest impacts was actually cutting sugar after 6 PM, just like I mentioned in another photo. It felt tough at first, but the quality of my sleep improved dramatically, and I woke up feeling so much more refreshed and energized. This really helped me establish a consistent morning routine. I also focused on incorporating more whole foods, lots of fruits and veggies, and staying super hydrated. It's not about strict deprivation, but nourishing your body from the inside out. For hair, going back to my natural color was liberating. Over-coloring had really damaged it, and embracing my roots allowed it to recover. Regular deep conditioning treatments and minimizing heat styling also made a huge difference. And dry brushing? Oh my goodness, it's a simple habit that makes a world of difference for circulation and skin texture. I try to do it 2-3 times a week before showering. Brightening Your Aura: Deeper Dive into Inner Peace While the physical changes were visible, the internal shift was truly transformative. Learning to treat myself with kindness, as if I were a child, was profound. It meant pausing before self-criticism, offering myself compassion when I made mistakes, and celebrating small wins. Journaling really helped me with this – it's a safe space to acknowledge feelings without judgment. Forgiving myself for past guilt and shame wasn't an overnight process. It involved a lot of reflection and understanding that everyone makes mistakes. It’s about accepting your past without letting it define your present or future. And setting boundaries, especially with people who actively caused harm, was incredibly empowering. It’s okay to protect your peace. Spending more time with animals was another gentle reminder of pure joy and unconditional love. Their presence teaches you patience and gentleness, and it’s a wonderful way to de-stress. I also found that engaging in hobbies that brought me genuine joy, whether it was reading or hiking, significantly boosted my overall mood and energy. Documenting Your Journey: Your Own Before & After If you're embarking on your own glow-up, I highly recommend documenting it! Take 'before' photos (even if they're just for you) and then regular 'after' shots. Not just for your appearance, but maybe a journal of your mood, energy levels, or even what you're grateful for. Seeing your progress, whether it's a physical change or a shift in your mindset, can be incredibly motivating. Remember that 'insecurity hack' about posing on your 'bad side'? It's a fun way to experiment with how you see yourself and find your best angles, truly embracing all parts of you. Every step, big or small, counts towards your personal transformation.
