I'm bad:(
Okay, so let's get real for a minute. When I first started playing OSU!, I was just looking for a fun rhythm game to escape into. But then, as I got more into the community, I realized there was this whole other layer to my experience – being a femboy player. It’s not something you see talked about every day, right? Playing OSU! as a femboy can be really interesting. On one hand, it’s just me, my tablet, and the beats. The focus is purely on skill, rhythm, and hitting those circles. But then there's the social aspect, whether it's through chats, forums, or even just sharing replays. Sometimes I wonder, 'Have people ever seen a femboy lover play OSU! before?' It's a question from the OCR that really resonated with me. There's a certain feeling of being unique, and honestly, sometimes a little vulnerable. But mostly, it's empowering. I mean, who cares if I’m a femboy? It doesn’t change how I tap circles or spin the spinner! But it does add a bit of flair to my personal gaming journey. I've often felt like I wanted to connect with others who might be in a similar situation, navigating their identity while also trying to beat their high scores. It's about finding your tribe, whether you're into Sytho's incredible plays or trying to master a challenging CuPHuk beatmap. I've spent countless hours trying to nail maps that felt impossible, just like many of you. And yeah, sometimes I feel bad, like my original title suggests, when I miss a critical note or fail a stream I thought I had. But that's part of the grind! One thing I've learned is that the OSU! community is surprisingly diverse. You meet all sorts of people, and while some might have questions or even misconceptions, many are just there to enjoy the game. It’s a space where you can largely be yourself, focus on improving, and celebrate those tiny victories, like finally passing a map by beatlazerick that seemed out of reach. For anyone out there who might feel a bit different, whether you're a femboy, or any other identity, and you love OSU!, just know you're not alone. Your identity doesn't define your skill in the game. It just makes your journey richer. And if you’re ever feeling down about your performance, remember that everyone starts somewhere. Keep practicing, keep having fun, and keep being authentically you. Don't let anyone tell you that you can't be a fantastic OSU! player just because of who you are. This game is for everyone who loves a good rhythm challenge!
