thank you Jesus for every season

2024/7/30 Edited to

... Read moreYou know, there are days when life feels like a climb, and then there are those bright, sunny moments. Through it all, my anchor has always been Jesus. The phrase 'thank you Jesus for every season' truly resonates with me because it reminds me of His constant presence. And speaking of constant hope, the message 'He is risen indeed!' is such a powerful truth that sustains me. When I think of 'He is risen indeed,' my heart fills with immense joy. It's not just a historical event; it's a living reality that transforms our present and future. This truth, often celebrated around Easter, reminds us that death has been conquered and we have a glorious hope beyond measure. For me, verses like Matthew 28:6, where the angel says, "He is not here; for He is risen, as He said," are incredibly uplifting. It signifies victory, new beginnings, and the promise that even in our darkest moments, there's always light because Jesus overcame everything. This hope allows me to find gratitude even in the challenging 'seasons' of life, knowing He's already won the biggest battle. It's a reminder that even when things seem bleak, there's always a new dawn. It gives me the courage to face challenges, knowing that ultimate victory belongs to Christ. This isn't just about a future event; it's about living with that victorious mindset *today*. It transforms how I view setbacks and disappointments, turning them into opportunities for growth and relying more on Him. Another verse that has deeply shaped my walk with Christ is John 15:7. It talks about abiding in Him, and if we remain in Him and His words remain in us, we can ask for whatever we wish, and it will be granted. This isn't a magic formula, but a beautiful invitation to a deeper relationship with God. When I first encountered 'Kung kayo'y mananatili sa akin, at ang aking mga salita ay mananatili sa inyo, ay hingin ninyo ang anuman na inyong ibigin, at gagawin sa inyo' (John 15:7 in Tagalog), it really opened my eyes to the power of prayer rooted in His will. It encourages me to stay connected to Him daily, through reading His word and simply talking to Him about everything. It's about letting His wisdom guide my requests, trusting that when I align my heart with His, my prayers become powerful. Abiding in Jesus, as John 15:7 beautifully describes, means more than just reading the Bible or saying a quick prayer. It's about a deep, continuous connection, like a branch connected to the vine. This constant connection helps me discern His will and pray according to His heart. It brings a profound sense of peace and direction, especially when I'm unsure about which path to take. I've personally experienced how focusing on His words helps reshape my desires, making my prayers more aligned with His perfect plan for my life. It's such a gift to know that when His words remain in me, my requests aren't just wishes, but declarations rooted in His truth, leading to answers that truly bless. This sense of abiding helps me navigate every 'season' with a sense of peace, knowing I'm not alone and my prayers are heard. So whether I'm celebrating triumphs or navigating trials, these truths — the resurrection hope and the power of abiding prayer in John 15:7 — are my constant companions. They truly make me say, 'Thank You Jesus for every season,' because through Him, every season holds purpose and promise.
