The Reality of It

Let’s face it. We have kids and our body is never the same. It takes 20x more effort and energy to love yourself and gain the confidence back. Loving myself has been a tough journey to be on this last year.

I had my 3rd baby in May 2023, and I am NOT the skinny, big booty girl anymore. Although I still have humps, it’s not flattering in my eyes for the upper half that connects. I have love handles, my mommy pouch is a bit more than it was my first two babies.. I have a supportive partner who loves and admires my body daily, but I remind him. It’s not how you feel, it’s how I feel.

I am confident in my own skin- just hide my love handles and big arms please 😵‍💫

Going to stores I see SM shirts and bottoms, and think it’ll look so cute on me, then reality snaps back and I’m not a XSM or SM anymore 😩 I never been this weight, and it has set me into depression plenty of times. I have always been a water drinker, I always eat once a day, I’m active in my daily life. SO WHAT IS THE DEAL!!
