the 4th commandment says But the 7th day is the sabbath of the Lord your God = our Saturday.
Sunday was another work day in the Roman Empire. On March 7, 321,
however, Roman Emperor Constantine 1 a man ,but not of
God changed the commandment and issued a civil decree making Sunday a day of rest from labor, stating: All judges and city
people and the craftsmen shall rest upon the venerable day Of the SUN , = Sunday worship.

Had the 7th day sabbath been universally
Kept according to the 4th commandment man's thoughts
and affections would have been lead to the creator as the object of worship and
thier would have never been an idoliter ,atheist or an infidel

sabbath is a sign of loyalty to the true God.
Reflecting on the message of God's last call to His people, I have personally found great peace and clarity in observing the seventh-day Sabbath, from Friday sunset to Saturday sunset. Throughout history, Sunday worship was established by the Roman Empire under Emperor Constantine, not by biblical command, which emphasizes the seventh day as the true rest day. Keeping the Sabbath as God commanded has a profound impact beyond merely resting from labor — it aligns our hearts and minds with the Creator, offering a dedicated time to focus on spiritual growth and worship without distractions. This practice strengthens faith and community bonds, fostering a deeper relationship with God. Many struggles in faith arise from confusion about worship practices, but returning to the biblical foundation of the Sabbath offers a clear, unchanging standard. The importance of this day is not only in obedience to the fourth commandment but also in being a sign of loyalty to the true God, reminding us of His creative authority and mercy. Moreover, as highlighted in biblical prophecy, coming out of false religious systems that have distorted worship practices is an act of spiritual awakening and commitment. In my experience and conversations with others, this observance fosters a renewed understanding of scripture and peace in worship. It encourages believers to step away from traditions of men and embrace the divine truth God has set forth—to honor His holy day and live in harmony with His will.
