Our favorite matcha shop!! It's the first one we've tried on clear matcha. We've known this shop since he opened at Emquartier until now he's moved to Central World (actually moved in a long time but we just came down to review 😅🥹). The menu is clear latte and whisk. Besides matcha, there are other menus of the shop. Scroll through the menu in pictures (maybe not clearly taken). There is also an ice cream menu!! Today we ordered umi clear. The employee advised that this one will be floral for 150. - Who wants to try it?

ถ้าใครกำลังหา “matcha central world” หรืออยากตามรอยร้าน Matcha And More ที่ชั้น 5 CentralWorld เราว่าร้านนี้เหมาะมากสำหรับทั้งสายมัทฉะจริงจังและคนที่เพิ่งเริ่มลอง เพราะมีเมนูให้เลือกหลายแบบและรสชาติค่อนข้างชัดเจน อย่างแรกที่ชอบคือไลน์ “Clear” (หลายคนจะเรียก clear latte/clear matcha) คือความรู้สึกมันเบา สดชื่น ดื่มแล้วไม่หนาหนักเหมือนลาเต้ทั่วไป เหมาะกับวันที่เดินห้างแล้วอยากได้อะไรเย็นๆ แต่ยังอยากได้กลิ่นมัทฉะชัดๆ แบบญี่ปุ่น เราลองเป็น UMI clear matcha ที่ร้านบอกว่าเป็นโทน floral พอดื่มแล้วจะได้ความหอมละมุน คลีนๆ ไม่หวานจัด (ใครไม่ชอบหวาน แนะนำบอกพนักงานได้เลย) ถ้าไปครั้งแรก เราแนะนำเลือกจาก “สไตล์” ก่อน - สายสดชื่น/อยากได้มัทฉะใสๆ: เลือก Clear จะดื่มง่าย ถ่ายรูปก็สวยเพราะสีเขียวใส - สายเข้มข้น/ชอบเนื้อสัมผัสชา: เลือก Whisk จะได้ฟีลตีมัทฉะแบบจริงจัง กลิ่นชาเด่นกว่า - สายครีมมี่: เลือก Latte จะนัวขึ้น เหมาะกับคนที่ยังไม่ชินรสชาเขียวเข้ม อีกอย่างที่ช่วยให้สั่งง่ายคือดูชื่อเมนูบนเคาน์เตอร์ (จะมีหลายตัว เช่น NATSU, NIYA, UMI, KIKI รวมถึงตัวที่เป็น Black Sesame Matcha Latte) ถ้าเลือกไม่ถูก ลองถามพนักงานเรื่อง “โทนกลิ่น” ที่ชอบ เช่น floral / nutty / roasted เพราะแต่ละตัวบุคลิกต่างกันจริงๆ เรื่องราคา เราว่าค่อนข้างสมเหตุสมผลกับคุณภาพและทำเลในห้าง (ของเราที่สั่ง 150 บาท) แถมมีเมนูอื่นและของหวาน/ไอติมให้ลองด้วย เผื่อใครอยากจัดเป็นเซ็ตหวานๆ ขมๆ พิกัดจำง่าย: CentralWorld ชั้น 5 โซน Urban Balance (ร้านจะเป็นเคาน์เตอร์ มีอุปกรณ์ชงชาแบบญี่ปุ่นให้เห็น) เวลาเปิดประมาณ 10.00–20.30 น. แนะนำเลี่ยงช่วงบ่าย-เย็นวันหยุด ถ้าอยากรอคิวน้อยลง สรุป: ถ้าเสิร์ชคำว่า Matcha And More หรือ mtch central world แล้วลังเล เราว่าเริ่มจาก UMI clear matcha ได้เลย สดชื่น หอม floral และเป็นแก้วที่ทำให้เข้าใจเสน่ห์ “มัทฉะชงใส” มากขึ้นจริงๆ
