All the cakes in the showcase looked cute and delicious, but I ordered it in a form close to love at first sight.
Limited time Noirouge.
It was stated that strawberries grown in Nagano are used.
It was a sweet strawberry with little acidity.
It goes really well with rose macarons.
I came across a really nice cake.
All the other cakes looked delicious, so I definitely want to go again.
I entered at the same time as opening on weekdays and occupied a large second floor seat.
It was the best reward time.

私も先日、パティスリーヴァンセットを訪れて「ノワルージュ」をいただきました。ショーケースの中には見た目も可愛らしいケーキがずらりと並んでいて、どれにしようか迷ってしまうほどでした。実際に「ノワルージュ」を口に運ぶと、口の中に広がるいちごの甘酸っぱさとローズの香りがとても優雅で、まるでお花畑の中にいるような気持ちになりました。 このケーキに使用されている長野で育まれたいちごは、酸味が控えめでとても甘く、新鮮さを感じられます。さらに、オレンジピールが効いたアクセントやふわふわのマカロンとの相性も抜群で、食感と風味のバランスが素晴らしかったです。 店員さんの明るく親切な接客も印象的で、初めての訪問でも気持ちよく 過ごせました。広々とした二階席に座り、静かな雰囲気の中でゆったりとスイーツを楽しむ時間は、まさに最高のご褒美タイム。休日のカフェ巡りやちょっとした自分へのご褒美にとてもおすすめです。 また、定期的に期間限定のケーキも登場するので、何度でも訪れたくなります。長野市で美味しいケーキを探している方は、ぜひパティスリーヴァンセットを訪れてみてください。
