low calorie chicken meals!

I know it’s all basically the same things but I read somewhere that when you’re on a calorie deficit and also a gym rat like me, chicken would be your best friend and they weren’t lying! along with broccoli! I know it’s weird that I cut my chicken but for some reason it’s just so much better to me lol! yes, I eat other stuff too but I eat at least chicken TWICE a week! I have been on a low calorie kick along with high protein for the last 2-3 months and I have lost almost 20lbs! it’s always been hard for me to lose weight but portion sizes is such a big thing and that’s not what many people realize! if you want any other low calorie and high protein meals let me know! #lowcalorie #lemon8challenge @Lemon8 Fitness #caloriedeficitgoals #caloriegoals #caloriedeficitmeal #caloriedeficit #calorieburning #caloriedefict
