2025 ✨
2024 was a freaking awesome year for me. I left a DV situation for good. I have a new career path. I have amazing new friends. Everything is WAY better than 2023, but for this year— I WANT MORE. I WANT BETTER. I WANT THE BEST.
This year I’ve decided to stop being weak, mentally and physically. This includes cutting off toxic relationships, people, habits and everything else TOXIC!
I didn’t realize how much of a push over I have been. I made excuses for everyone and myself!
Every! Day! 😭
I never realized how much of my energy I was giving away each time I decided to let toxic people back into my life. How much I was losing myself in making other people happy.
That stops NOW!
Going to the gym 5x a week has changed my mental health significantly. I feel so strong. I feel so confident. No one can tell me nothing! 😂
When my body is strong, my mind is right there with it.
As we enter a new year, many of us reflect on our past experiences and set goals for personal growth. In 2025, consider evaluating your life critically to identify harmful influences, such as negative relationships and toxic habits, that may be holding you back. Mental and physical well-being is interconnected, and making commitment to prioritizing your health can lead to a positive shift in mindset and lifestyle. Engaging in regular physical activity, like going to the gym, not only benefits your body but can significantly boost your mental health, making you more resilient in the face of challenges. Set achievable fitness goals, find a workout routine that you enjoy, and surround yourself with supportive individuals who uplift rather than drain your energy. This year can be about reclaiming your power, redefining your relationships, and fostering a supportive environment around you. Embrace the journey of self-improvement—after all, the strongest version of you is just ahead!
