Episode 12: Two Minutes from the Station, Land Where the Sun Doesn't See in Winter
After I wrote down the city I wanted to live in and the budget in my notebook, my search for land became more specific.
Open SUUMO every day and check if there is any land that meets the conditions.
It was the city I hoped for.
Close to the station.
Convenient things in life.
The value will remain in the future.
And that you want to live there yourself.
While searching while overlapping such conditions, I found a land that I was interested in.
2 minutes walk from the nearest station.
For me who wanted to live in the center of Osaka city, its proximity was a big attraction.
After leaving the station, you can go home almost without walking.
Even on rainy days and days with a lot of luggage, the burden is small.
In the future, when you get older, being close to the station will be of great value.
We may have finally found land that meets the conditions.
I thought so.
