Beyond the street corners, my tour included some amazing sit-down meals too. Of course, Korean BBQ was a highlight. Sizzling pork belly and marinated beef, grilled right at our table, with an endless array of banchan like kimchi, bean sprouts, and fresh lettuce for wraps – pure heaven! And for ramen lovers, you absolutely have to try a hearty bowl of Pork Belly Ramen. The tender slices of pork belly, a perfectly soft-boiled egg, and rich broth make for an unforgettable meal. We also had a fantastic hotpot experience, cooking thinly sliced meat and fresh vegetables in a simmering broth right at our table. And for those with a sweet tooth like mine, don't forget to explore the dessert scene. While I didn't spot Krispy Kreme as a local specialty, I did indulge in a heavenly slice of Honey Bread – generously topped with whipped cream, sliced almonds, and a sweet caramel drizzle.
