📩: How to apply? Is the interview difficult?

Easy to apply...But there was an alarm from the first day. When applying and interviewing, it was easy to be shocked. People were very sensitive. But the peak was that when they got the job, they walked anywhere in the mall, there were only people asking what department they were in. When they knew the answer, everyone immediately started talking to each other that the staff had just quit the whole team. It was heartbreaking since then, but with the promise of HR, they decided to move on.

📦: Position / Duty, Responsibility

We are a backyard job. There will be an admin in front of the house to talk to the customer. We are responsible for finding the goods in stock by order. Manage the payment. Pack of print docket. Prepare the package to transport.

💸: Income / welfare

• Income: 11,000 Baht per month

• Welfare: Only legal social security (no right to buy goods at any staff price)

🖇️: What's the job system like?

The backyard system is hell, that's it. People who come before just a few days appoint themselves as bosses, keep commanding people around. The real bosses never show up to see the job. When they come, they can't work. Focus on listening to them.

And the other thing is, this is so much paper that it is forced to use recycled paper with the name-address of the old customer. The print of the docket is sent to the new customer (breach of personal information), so that the order is very often misplaced.

The other thing is corruption at work, and employees secretly use cosmetic testers and coupons on their own, even though they know they are against the rules, but the surprising thing is why the CCTV can't see (if it can be checked, really want to be hit by the blacklist).

🎉: Society, colleagues.

The backyard team had less than eight people, but six people combined, gossiped and created a terrible atmosphere. What I couldn't accept the most was:

• Threatening assault Just because we warn about using recycled paper with customer information or corruption is threatened. Hello, okay?

• Racism and religion It's unbelievable that 2022 still has this kind of vicious attitude, although the organization is open to diversity, but the team despises their colleagues so facetiously that we feel they can't stay.
