I used Arctic Fox brand hair dye because people kept recommending it and saying how well it works.
I love how the color turned out and it’s pretty easy to use and the instructions on the bottle are pretty self explanatory.
Unfortunately it did fade pretty quickly after a few washes. I don’t know if this is the dyes fault or if I had the water too warm.
People say you’re supposed to use cold water on your hair after dying it a bright color which I absolutely hate doing 😭 I might try this brand again and just let it sit longer.
The bottle says to leave it in for 30 minutes (I left it in for an hour)
My coworker says he leaves it in for 13 hours and it lasts a really long time even if he washes it with warm water so I think I’ll try leaving it in longer next time and use colder water when I wash it 👍
