私も茶房わらび野を訪れた際、特に印象に残ったのは2階のカフェスペースです。ソファ席はとても居心地が良く、窓から見える緑と海の景色が心を癒してくれます。休日の昼前に予約なしで訪れましたが、少し待つことなく案内され、店内はファミリーやカップル、女子グループで賑わっていました。 スイーツでは、バスクチーズケーキと季節のフルーツ寄せの盛り合わせが特におすすめです。シャインマスカットやイチゴのゼリーが彩りよく盛り付けられており、器の花のような紫陽花モチーフも美しく、見た目も楽しめます。ふんわり泡立てられたカフェラテはホット・アイスともにバランスがよく、口当たりがクリーミーで何杯でも飲みたくなる味でした。黒蜜きな粉をかけた豆乳もちも、ぷるぷるとした食感と素朴な甘さがくせになります。 次回は店内で人気のハンバーグランチを試してみたいと思っています。地元産の牛タンと熟成肉を使った和風ハンバーグは、みぞれあんと大根おろしのアクセントが絶妙だそうです。 アクセスは自然豊かな山道を登るため、運転は慎重に。駐車場があるのはありがたいポイントです。また、満席時は入口のウェーティングボードに名前を記入して順番待ちができます。ソファ席は特に人気なので、事前予約を利用すると安心です。 茶房わらび野は、地元の食材を活かした丁寧な料理とスイーツ、そして何よりも絶景のロケーションが魅力。気の合う友達や大切な人との特別な時間にぜひ訪れてみてはいかがでしょうか。
