Restart as many times as you need to is what is always encouraged. So here I am, restarting and resetting. I gained most of the weight I’ve lost with getting comfortable with how I was and picked up the habits I got rid of. But that’s alright. Let’s just pick it back up and get it back off.

Have y’all ever felt so discouraged with this gym life and weight loss journey? Cause I do almost every single day since I picked up my weight again 😩 also have to work on my stress levels cause I know has the number factor for me. I workout at least 3-4 days out the week, my diet isn’t terrible, however when I’m craving and it’s the time of the month it’s a lost cause lol.
