ถ้าเสิร์ชหา “อุดมสุข 60 / อุดมสุข60” แล้วอยากได้ร้านก๋วยเตี๋ยวที่เปิดดึกแบบฝากท้องได้ เราขอแชร์ทริคเล็กๆ จากที่ไปกินและเคยซื้อกลับบ้านร้านเย็นตาโฟริมถนนแถวซอยอุดมสุข 60 บ่อยๆ เผื่อช่วยให้ตัดสินใจง่ายขึ้น อย่างแรกที่เราชอบคือเย็นตาโฟน้ำซุปสีแดงค่อนข้างเข้ม รสจะจัดจ้านอยู่แล้ว แบบแทบไม่ต้องปรุงเพิ่ม (ส่วนตัวเราเติมพริกผงนิดเดียวให้จี๊ดขึ้น) ใครที่ไม่กินเผ็ดหรือชอบรสซอฟต์ๆ แนะนำให้บอกทางร้านตั้งแต่สั่งเลยว่า “ขอไม่เผ็ด/ขอรสอ่อน” จะได้กินสบายกว่า เพราะบางวันรสจะเข้มแบบถึงใจจริงๆ รอบที่ซื้อกลับบ้าน เราว่าความสำคัญคือ “แยกน้ำซุป” ถ้าทางร้านแยกให้ หรือเราขอแยก จะช่วยให้เส้นไม่อืดระหว่างทาง พอกลับถึงบ้านค่อยเทรวมกัน รสชาติยังน่ากินเหมือนนั่งที่ร้านเลย เครื่องก็ให้มาแน่นๆ มีลูกชิ้นปลาและผักต่างๆ ครบดี ราคาที่เราเจอประมาณ 70 บาท (ราคาอาจเปลี่ยนได้ตามเมนู/ขนาด) ถือว่าโอเคสำหรับมื้อดึก ถ้าไปครั้งแรกและยังไม่แน่ใจจะสั่งอะไร นอกจากเย็นตาโฟ ที่ร้านยังมีสุกี้และก๋วยเตี๋ยวลูกชิ้นปลาเป็นตัวเลือกด้วย เหมาะกับคนที่ไปกันหลายคนแล้วอยากสั่งคนละแบบ หรือวันที่อยากเปลี่ยนจากเย็นตาโฟเป็นเมนูน้ำๆ ร้อนๆ เรื่องเวลา ร้านจะเปิดช่วงเย็นยาวไปถึงประมาณตี 1–ตี 2 แต่เราแนะนำให้เผื่อใจเรื่องเวลาในแต่ละวันและลองเช็กก่อนออกจากบ้านนิดนึง โดยเฉพาะคืนวันหยุดหรือวันที่ฝนตก การเดินทาง/ที่จอดรถ: เพราะร้านติดถนนหลัก แถวนั้นรถผ่านตลอด ถ้าขับรถยนต์ไปอาจหาที่จอดยากหน่อย เราเลยมักเลือกไปมอเตอร์ไซค์มากกว่า ซึ่งสามารถจอดหน้าร้านได้ประมาณหนึ่ง หรือถ้าต้องเอารถไปจริงๆ ลองเผื่อเวลาเดินหาที่จอดใกล้ๆ ซอยอุดมสุข 60 ไว้ด้วยจะไม่รีบ สุดท้าย ใครมีสิทธิ์หรืออยากใช้โปรต่างๆ ลองถามที่ร้านเรื่องการเข้าร่วมโครงการ/การชำระเงินอีกทีตอนสั่ง จะได้ไม่พลาดสิทธิ์ แล้วถ้าแวะไปย่านอุดมสุข60 อยู่แล้ว ร้านนี้เป็นอีกตัวเลือกที่เหมาะกับมื้อเย็นถึงมื้อดึกเลย
