🌲 "Le Wah" Hiking Review 🏕️⛰️
This trip is exhausting, but it's really worth it.
"Le Wab" is a hiking trail in Mae Wah Luang District, Tha Nongyang District, Tak Province, known for its beautiful views, foggy seas and nature trails that challenge our own fitness. 💪🌿
The ascent walkway to the golden pagoda and the 360-degree scenic spot has both flat and steep ranges, so we can try the full force of the legs and arm force ✨ ✍

📏 Distance of foot uphill: About 3.8 kilometers (one leg) from the start of the walk to the top of the campsite / scenic spot. ✨
If you think round-trip, it's about seven km during the actual walk. ✨
📍 Peak height: About 1,060 meters from sea level, which makes the view on the top of the mountain whole 🌄.
⏳ Walk-up time: Generally about 2-4 hours, depending on body fitness and pathway conditions on the day.

⚠️ Prepare
✔️ Get your body ready because the uphill is pretty steep.
✔️ The phone signal has some points and may disappear at some point.
✔️ must always follow park rules and staff instructions.
✔️ Even though it's not a very long route, it can take a long time if it's slow / frequent to take pictures (this is our own, we can stop by and take pictures for a long time).

จากประสบการณ์จริงในการเดินป่าเลอกวาเดาะ สิ่งที่ต้องเตรียมใจและร่างกายอย่างมากคือความชันของเส้นทางและพื้นดินที่ลื่น โดยเฉพาะช่วงที่ต้องปีนป่ายข้ามเขาสูงถึง 3 ลูก หลายคนที่ไม่เคยเดินป่ามาก่อนอาจรู้สึกท้อ แต่เมื่อได้ขึ้นถึงยอดเห็นวิวทะเลหมอกที่กว้างสุดลูกหูลูกตาแล้ว ทุกความเหนื่อยหายเป็นปลิดทิ้ง เส้นทางนี้ไม่เพียงแค่เป็นการเดินขึ้นเขาธรรมดาเท่านั้น ยังมีความหมายทางจิตใจ เพราะบนยอดเขามีเจดีย์ทองให้ได้สักการะ สร้างความประทับใจทั้งในเรื่องความงดงามธรรมชาติและความศรัทธาของผู้มาเยือน อีกหนึ่งสิ่งสำคัญคือการเตรียมอุปกรณ์โดยเฉพาะผ้าบัฟกันฝุ่น เพราะป่าจะมีฝุ่นค่อนข้างเยอะ ทางเดินบางช่วงสัญญาณโทรศัพท์หายไป จึงแนะนำให้เตรียมตัวเผื่อสำหรับการเดินทางแบบไม่มีการติดต่อ ระยะทางเดินประมาณ 3.8 กิโลเมตร (ขาเดียว) ใช้เวลาเดินขึ้นประมาณ 2-4 ชั่วโมง ขึ้นกับความฟิตและการหยุดพัก จุดเด่นคือวิวทิวทัศน์ 360 องศา มองเห็นสันเขาและทะเลหมอกสวยงามมาก โดยเฉพาะช่วงพระอาทิตย์ตกและกลางคืนที่เต็มไปด้วยดวงดาว แม้จะเหน็ดเหนื่อยจากการปีนเขาชัน แต่การมีจุดพักน้ำตกระหว่างทางและร้านสะดวกซื้อเล็ก ๆ หลายจุดช่วยให้เติมพลังได้ และการเดินร่วมกับเพื่อน ๆ หรือกลุ่มเดินป่า ยิ่งสร้างความสนุกสนานและกำลังใจให้เดินขึ้นถึงยอดได้อย่างประทับใจ สรุปแล้วเลอกวาเดาะเป็นเส้นทางเดินป่าและแคมป์ที่เหมาะกับผู้ที่ต้องการความท้าทายและประสบการณ์เดินป่าที่ไม่เหมือนใคร เติมเต็มด้วยธรรมชาติ วิวทะเลหมอก และความสงบร่มเย็นของป่าปรกติที่ยังคงความอุดมสมบูรณ์อย่างแท้จริง การเตรียมร่างกายและอุปกรณ์ให้พร้อมจะช่วยให้ทริปนี้คุ้มค่าทุกก้าวที่เดิน
