How did Mary do it😭

Last Christmas, I begged for a sweet baby boy, and this year I'm holding him under my tree, listening to his coos, memorizing every little detail of his face. Being a mom has given me a new outlook on Mary, Jesus's mother. She gave birth in a manger, wrapped him in swaddling clothes, listened to every cry and coo, saw every smile, and wiped every tear, rocking him to sleep each night. And then one day, she had to watch her son die on an old, rugged cross. I couldn't imagine the agony and heartbreak! Her baby, giving his life for ours! How blessed I am to be called a mother, and how blessed I am to be a child of the King 🤍. Thank you, Jesus, for coming to this world to save us, living a humble life, bringing peace and mercy.
